Daily Per Fill Rate:

• $6 per fill for the first 4 fills

• Every fill after the 4th fill is FREE!

• You will pay a maximum of $24 dollars per day for NITROX.

• NITROX is included on all trips of 5 days or more in duration.

Requirements For Diving Enriched Air NITROX

• You must present your NITROX CERTIFICATION CARD to either the
  divemaster on duty or the Captain of the vessel.

• You must read and sign an Ocean Horizon Incorporated
  ENRICHED AIR RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

• You will need to analyse your tanks oxygen percentage.

• You must then date, print and sign your name, record your tanks
  percentage of oxygen, your maximum operating depth and NITROX
  certification card number into our Horizon Charters NITROX LOG BOOK.
